Main ingredient, different types of salads, choose season. Instead of a classic oil and vinegar dressing, season it with a refreshing combination of lemon juice.

Ingredients of 4 persons
400 g of green salad (tomato sauce)
For a salty dressing:
4 tablespoons of oil
1 teaspoon of Vegeta
4 tablespoons lemon juice


Cut off the salad and cut off the thicket. Cut it into thicker noodles and place it in the serving bowl.

Mix the oil with lemon juice and Vegeta. Mix the prepared salad with the mixture.


Salty lightly stir and serve.

Season the salad well, trim on the saucepan and spice it with salad dressing just before serving.
